About Brittany
Brittany is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor whose classes are rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body, every ability, and every season of life. Her teaching blends mindful movement, intentional breath, and compassionate encouragement to create a space where students feel supported exactly as they are.
While completing her teacher training, Brittany broke her wrist—an experience that transformed the way she viewed both her own practice and the way she teaches. Learning to modify poses, slow down, and honor her body's healing process reinforced the idea that yoga isn't about perfect shapes; it's about cultivating awareness, resilience, and self-trust. That experience continues to inspire her commitment to making yoga accessible and empowering for students of all body types, experience levels, and abilities.
Before stepping into teaching, Brittany built a career in communications and storytelling. Today, she combines those skills with her love of yoga to guide classes that are approachable, thoughtfully sequenced, and grounded in connection. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning to your practice, Brittany hopes you'll leave class feeling stronger, more present, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
Brittany is also the creator of Soft Reset, a restorative class series designed to help students release the stress of the week, reconnect with themselves, and quiet the "Monday Scaries." Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and intentional moments of reflection, Soft Reset offers space to reset the nervous system, cultivate calm, and begin the week feeling grounded, centered, and restored.
